This is our first foray into Rwandan coffee.
This is a bright, clean coffee that works well as hot or iced pour over. We’ve also tried it as espresso where it’s great if you want something on the brighter side.
We notice the sweeter tangerine note first, with the bright cranberry acidity increasingly prominent on the finish as the coffee cools.
Elevation: 2000 meters
Process: Fully Washed, Raised Beds
